I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas from there and one of the pizzas I ate I felt alright until a day and a half later I started violently vomiting for another day, experienced muscle cramps/body cramps, extreme headaches, fatigue, chills, and fever. I also had a bloody stool and anything I consume I throw up unless it is soft. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Bloody Stool

I had the same symptoms that you are saying. The nausea , vomiting everything I ate. Stomach pain, chills, feverish. It lasted a few days. I had gotten little Ceasars pizza in Alpharetta, GA a couple months back. It turned out I had gotten food poisoning.
