$5 lunch special thick crust pepperoni pizza  Ate Pizza at 12:00am and about 6hrs later started running to the toilet every hour through the night.  Has continued for the next 2 days.  Purchased some Imodium, bananas, and electrolyte liquid.  The situation remains unchanged.  place is filthy and employees dressed in dirty clothes.  Disgusting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
