I just ate the combo meal with thin crust and crazy bread and I've been since since I woke up about 8-10 hours after eating it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had that Thursday night and I started gassing up the same night then goosebumps and fever with the you know what’s the next day
The pizza doesn’t look appealing at all ..
