Really sick after eating at Little Ceasars Smithfield nc on Sunday Oct 15. Only two guys working that didn't seem to know or care what they were doing. Claimed they ran out of dough, cheese, and chicken. One guy was in the back throwing things and saying how hes sick of white people, saying his manager is worthless and trash and should be coming in early to make dough so they don't run out. The place was filthy. Dishes laying on the floor and the other guy picked up a pan from thr floor and started making food in it. Restaurant full of people that had already ordered online or were door dash pickups and their orders were not made because no dough.. I'm still sick and e.r. confirmed food poisoning on Monday. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down by health department! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
