I ate little Caesars pizza yesterday at my brothers birthday they had just picked it up and the middle of the night I started to feel sick to my stomach so I got up and vomited and had diarrhea I had one cheese and one pepperoni and now I feel so awful I can’t even get outta bed | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
