Me and my best friend had cheese pizza. Worst stomach pains of my life. We were the only ones that ate the cheese pizza and we were the only ones feeling extremely sick. She took some anti nausea and was able to recover. I'm still feeling so sick the thought of food makes my stomach turn. I tried to throw up to make the pain go away and my body just wouldn't let me. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
