I bought little Cesar's 3 meats pie at the Bronx NY elder ave branch I've eaten one while driving home and 3 more upon arrival. The next day things as simple as a wall air freshener or just smelling the pizza made me run to the toilet. The vomit I've been passing was like an egg yolk and of course the other end wasn't pleasant either. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
