Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees. 37 observed food storage containers not labeled in coolers. Instructed manager to label all food storage containers. - 41 observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables. Instructed manager to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses. - 49 observed grease buildup and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment (fryers, flat top grill, steam table) and prep tables.
