Scallops Trigger Severe Illness - Little Pearl, Key West Florida

My wife had the octopus appetizer and scallops entree. The food tasted wonderful, but she began feeling bad about 90 minutes later and became violently ill about 3 hours later. It started with stomach cramps, turned into diarrhea and has now been vomiting profusely all night. She has type 1 diabetes and we are now having trouble keeping her blood sugar up because of the nausea.
