On 10/08/2016 1:00pm I had one fork full of coleslaw and swallowed it and knew it was spoiled rotten. I reported it to the front counter, however they just offered me another side dish. They did not pull the product and left it to serve to others! At 6pm, 5 hours later, I vomited 9 times and had diarrhea and fever. Followed with severe stomach spasms/contractions for 3 hours. I only got relief after drinking medicated charcoal. Ginger ale. Apple cider vinegar. And basil. Horrible ordeal. I was just traveling through from Texas to Arkansas. Made for a horrible, miserable trip. I will never eat at any Long John Silver's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
