Cabo Trip: Salmonella Scare - Los Cabos, Cabo San Lucas Baja California Sur

I'm unsure. We were staying at two hotels in Cabo from 10/13-10/19. I developed diarrhea on day 3. My abdominal symptoms improved when I got home but came back with a vengeance on 10/23.
