The inspectors found a semi-live rodent on a sticky trap under the cooking area. A dead rodent under another location in the food area and a decomposing rodent in the basement. Officials said that no food or food equipment is stored in the basement. When asked for pest control records, the operator stated that they would have pest control one month then skip the next month, officials said.
