Food was great initially, got a Caesar salad and a small classic deep dish with sausage. Later that night experienced diarrhea, the following morning vommiting and more diarrhea. Only have 72 hours in town and spent the entire day in the hotel room. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
