Additional information: This was a large Seafood Gumbo Charity Event. Many different local restaurants served gumbo and people tasted to pick a winner. Lots of people were there. 4 of us attended the Louie’s Seafood Gumbo Charity Event on Sunday Feb. 25, 2024. All of us got sick 7 hours later, with same symptoms of diarrhea, some vomiting, terrible stomach cramps, sweating and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating
