I started vomiting immediately after having a couple of bites of the Lucky Charm cereal on Wednesday morning. I started vomiting violently, diarrhea lasted through late that night, body aches & then viral symptoms of congestion, coughing, fatigue, body aches have continued through today. A PCR test confirmed I was negative for Covid-19 today. What could have caused this reaction? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Body Ache, Cough, Congestion
