It had been awhile since I'd had a bowl of lucky charms but around Christmas I was picking up a family member and grabbed some food in the form of a bowl of lucky charms with milk. About a hour after my lower abdomen start feeling heavy and bloated and painful. We were at a bigger family function. And as time went on everything became to much so went and used the bathroom. The bowl I had are came out undigested and provide immediate but temporary relief. As I went to flush the toilet immediately the commercial slogan came to mind "there's me lucky charms". Took several more sittings before I could regain my composure and continue on with my night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
