My 18 month old son ate Lucky Charms cereal in the morning of 4/7. Fri night developed low grade fever and then started vomiting with diarrhea on Saturday 4/9. Thought it was a stomach virus but then a friend sent me an article about how people have been getting sick from eating Lucky Charms. Vomiting and diarrhea lasted over a week. Took to pediatrician who confirmed negative for strep, ear infection, flu, covid. Nobody else that he was around got sick which leads me more to believe it was the Lucky Charms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
