After eating a bowl of Lucky Charms Cereal I began to have stomach cramps and extreme gas 4 hours later. I had diarrhea on the 5th hour. I then began to feel lethargic and nauseated with no appetite. which soon led to diarrhea. I also had to take a couple Benadryl capsules to help my reaction to the poison.
