Child Ill After Cereal - Lucky Charms, Pennsylvania

My son got sick and run down 12 hours after eating Lucky Charms cereal. He ate the cereal on 4/14/22 for breakfast. He became ill the evening on 4/14/22 and noticeably uncomfortable with stomach pains on 4/15/22. Between the timeframe of 4/14/22 (evening) and 4/17/22 my son did not eat much because his stomach pain was worsening and increasingly becoming more uncomfortable from it and lethargic. On 4/19/22 my son arrived home from school and threw up. He missed the next day of school. He has barely eaten since 4/14/22 and his diet since had mainly consisted of a slice of toast and water. He is 11 years old and usually active. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
