I usually eat it later in the day as a snack. However, about two months ago I woke up several days a week feeling nauseas. At least twice it has been so bad that it has interrupted my work day. Because it was happening in the mornings, I thought and I was developing migraines. After a few weeks, I noticed that it occurred only after eating Lucky Charms the afternoon/evening before. I stopped eating it last week and haven't had any issues since. After reading these stories and having no issues with other cereals or foods lately, I am worried that I ingested something from the cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Migraine
