Last Sunday morning I got up I was staying at a friend's house and all we had for breakfast was lucky charms.so I ate 2small bowls full , within about 2and a half hours I was throwing up and had really bad diarrhea along with stomach cramping. It was awful.i didn't think about the cereal at that time but as for now I will never eat lucky charms again!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Did the friend also have the same issue?
I had the cramps from it too, forgot to add that in my report, they were painful.
