I had a bowl of lucky charms and had diarrhea for hours. I have never had a reaction to cereal like this before.04/20 update: I had suffered from what I thought was a horrible stomach bug the week prior. Fever, nausea, diarrhea about 12 hours after I had lucky charms for breakfast. I have never been so sick and I lost 7 pounds total. I ate lucky charms on numerous occasions throughout my recovery trying to settle my stomach. I started to feel better after 5 days. Then a week later, I made the connection to lucky charms when I had them again (original post). | Symptoms: Diarrhea
