We purchased a box of lucky charms here as a treat for my 16 year old son while on vacation. He ate a large bowl Friday, April 15 and threw up 11 times over the course of the day Saturday, April 16. He also had severe cramping and a low grade fever. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
