I had lucky charms for the first time in many years and I ended up with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. It didn't resolve for about ten hours until I took loperamide to ease symptoms. It took about 8 hours after I ate it to develop the symptoms. The diarrhea was also shamrock green which I assume was from the food coloring. It was very alarming to see the color of the diarrhea. It took me a couple hours to link it to the addition of the cereal in my diet that morning.My three year old also developed the shamrock green diarrhea as well after eating a bowl of lucky charms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
