Before I start my fasting during Ramadan we normally take some food, and water to keep the day on. Last Sunday 17 I wasn’t really hungry so I decided to eat some cereal I had a box of lucky charms rainbow with oatmeal milk. After a few hours my stomach hurts so bad, I had diarrhea and gases for the entire day, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain
