The day before yesterday, I had eaten one bowl at night and then two bowls in the morning. Started belching the flavor of the cereal part of the day and then diarrhea the next until the next day also. I know nothing else to come out of the bottom then I threw up my last dinner and then went back to the bottom again with diarrhea. Still nauseated on the third day but was finally able to hold one meal down partially., Not sure but thinking possibly Lucky charms I still have the bag left to be investigated just in case Well I'm still nauseated on the 4th day other than that still had the remains of the cereal | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
