Ate some lucky charms for breakfast, about 2 hours later stomach cramps started, in and out of the bathroom every 30 minutes, couldn't keep any other food inside without having to rush to the bathroom. Thought maybe it was something else at first, until I'd had a bowl at night before bed, woke up 6am with the worst cramps I'd ever had, another day spent in and out of the bathroom, ended up having to burn a sick day from work because of it | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
