So I have a problem. I am very particular when I eat. Like I find something I really like to eat and suddenly that’s all I crave and I will literally only eat that. Well I recently got that craving for Lucky Charms cereal. Like I literally... eat it 3-4 times a day. I know it sounds crazy but when I think about eating something else nothing sounds good. Well as I’ve been on my “Lucky Charms Obsession” (that’s what my sister calls it@ I have noticed that I am having significant abdominal pain, gas, and diarrhea. When I pass gas it smells very foul but almost has a Lucky Charms smell to it. When I have diarrhea it literally is GREEN and it smells foul but also semi-sweet. It smells like Lucky Charms. I’ve had 4 different people tell me that. I also can’t seem to hold it. Like when I eat Lucky Charms and my stomach starts cramping, making weird noises, and getting gassy I have to go to the bathroom immediately. I don’t know what’s going on with Lucky Charms but I can 100% say it is the Lucky Charms causing this because I literally don’t eat any else. Well now I’m fixing to have to because this hurts so much and is so uncomfortable. I just want to know what is going on because I haven’t seen or heard of a recall and I know several people have reported this. I figured since General Mills has done anything about it or even acknowledged there could be a problem with it to the public that I might as well go ahead and tell my story too. Hopefully someone will do something because I honestly don’t want anyone to feel as horrible as I do after eating Lucky Charms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Green Stool

I’ve been blaming myself for eating so late. But now that I’m full recovered from this incident, this wasn’t my doing at all. I came in around 1-2am. I ordered a chicken slider with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and bacon. The next morning around 9am I started vomiting... all of that. I couldn’t keep anything else down for the remainder of the day. Not even a mint. After this experience I’ll never be eating food outside again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
I drank a large orange juice from here that gave me food poisoning at 9am. I drank half within 20 minutes and started throwing up. I drank a bottle of water and threw that up. About an hour later drank sprite and threw that up. Threw up... about 40 times all because of their orange juice. Was fine up until I drank that orange juice. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Although Clostridium botulinum has not been found in products, consumers are warned not to consume any of the recalled products even if they do not look or smell spoiled. The list of recalled products does not include products intended for infants (i.e., under the age of one). While infection related to Cronobacter sakazakii is rare, the common symptoms of illness could include fever, vomiting and urinary tract infection. However, vulnerable and immunocompromised populations may be more susceptible to infection.
Clostridium botulinum may cause a severe form of food poisoning. It can begin from six hours to two weeks after eating food that contains the toxin. Symptoms may include double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing, and muscle weakness. Botulism poisoning can cause respiratory paralysis, resulting in death, unless assistance with breathing (mechanical ventilation) is provided. Root cause analysis indicates that the products did not meet commercial sterility specifications.
In case you experienced Cronobacter or Clostridium symptoms, report it now. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

The day before yesterday, on 8.8.2022 at 20:00, I ate about half a bag of Lays brand chips, taste “paprika”. After about 1 hour I became slightly nauseous and I had balance problems/dizziness with stable circulation. The next morning on 9.8.2022, the symptoms were still there and... became stronger throughout the day. I developed severe vision problems (everything turned around, like a hangover after drinking alcohol or after an excessive carousel ride; when there was no alcohol consumption) with severe fatigue, lightheadedness and nausea. In the afternoon, around 3:30 PM, I threw up violently (only the chips, the dinner I had eaten before the chips had already been digested “normally”). Vision and balance disorders continued, and are still slightly present today, 10.8.2022. So is the nausea.
Since I absolutely don't know these symptoms of mine (never had any balance or vision problems, and the last time I threw up 9 years ago), and I ate named chips for the first time, I think it's very likely that these chips contained something poisonous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile, Dizziness
2/9/22 order #258. 2:44 pm
My daughter was visiting from Florida and we visited downtown naperville and went to this place for a late lunch.
When we walked in all the tables were dirty, every table had food, utensils or used napkins on the floor. We order... a chicken salad and sofritas bowl. There were 2 front of the store employess, one making the order and one on register. and 3 employess in back in the kitchen talking. The store was not busy, after us there was a total of 4 customers(daughter and I and one other couple) in the store and nobody was cleaning. we had to ask the employees to clean a table for us. EVERY single table was dirty in the restaurant. we were stepping on food underneath and around our table. We did not finish eating because both of us started not feeling good. We got home 20 minutes later and both my daughter and I had sever diarreaha the minute we walked in the door. I threw up as well. We did not eat anything else that day. could not call the store for they do not accept phone calls except for food orders . My daughter returned to Florida 8/10/22 and still does not feel well and experiencing diarreaha. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and because my daughter wanted this place so we went, however I cannot ever visit another after being severely ill for the last 2 days. Please report this issue , a health inspector needs to go in that restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
