Lucky Charms. The past few days I have been nauseous and have had diarrhea and green bowel movements. I eat cereal all the time and have never had this type of reaction. I had told my fiancé what was going on, and then he just recently saw an article about Lucky Charms causing the same symptoms. I had not eaten anything else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Green Stool
