Evey time I eat Lucky Charms I get a serious case of diarrhea and major stomach cramps. I've tracked this for a few years. Last night March 19, 2023 I had 2 bowls at about 9:30pm and at about 3:00am I had the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. I woke my husband to take me to the ER, that's how bad it was for 3-4 hours. Finally the diarrhea came, passed the cereal and my stomach is feeling much better. I will no longer eat any Lucky Charms. Horrible night! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
