Yesterday afternoon. I had a bowl of Lucky Charms on Saturday and Sunday morning. I had an excruciating headache on Sunday night that lasted all day on Monday. About 4 p.m. I started sweating and shaking. I had stomach cramps along with diarrhea and I threw up My son had a small bowl of Lucky Charms on Saturday morning but he seemed to be ok | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Sweating, Shaking
