I ate 2 bowls of lucky charms with 2% milk for lunch. About 5 hours later I was incredibly nauseous, gagging, dry heaving and experiencing diarrhea. I am still experiencing the above symptoms 24 hours later With no appetite and struggling to keep water down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
