About six months ago. I bought a box of Lucky Charms cereal and ate several bowls of it with almond milk., Definitely the cereal. Almond milk is something I consume regularly with no ill effects. I was sick for about three days...I promised myself I would never eat Lucky Charms again. Tasty, but not worth the pain and the cost of being that sick for days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
