I had a large bowl as I do on the evening of April 8, 2022 and by morning I was feeling very off & a lot of cramping. Within an hour after getting up the diarrhea began and continue the entire day. I only drank water to keep from dehydrating, but even that got me to the toilet quickly. Because of my age, I have recently had several tests checking things out & no issues have been found. But because of my age I do know that some foods may cause me some issue & on reviewing what I had that day, that big bowl of Lucky Charms was the most substance I had gotten. I didn't really want to think that it was the cereal, but then I learned that others have complained of gastrointestinal distress & thus it may have been the cereal. But even if it was just coincidence, I thought I should add my experience to help the investigation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
