I recently ate 2 bowls of the one a day and had extremely bad stomach pain and multiple bouts with diarrhea. Now after seeing this I know why. This is the very dangerous for me because I am in stage 3 renal failure and am on water pills to avoid congestive heart failure. I could have been hospitalized for dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Cramps
