I rarely eat cereal of any kind. I didn’t have anything else to eat one day, so I had a bowl of lucky charms for breakfast. I had nausea, extreme gas, and just felt off for the rest of the day. Never thought it would have been the lucky charms since I have eaten them occasionally in the past and had no problem. I thought I was just a little sick. A couple weeks later, same situation, I ate another bowl, and same result. This time I thought I just might not be able to stomach sugary cereals anymore. Today I read an article about lucky charms making people sick, and I’m pretty sure that’s what happened to me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas
