Lucky charms cereal gives me green diarrhea. I have noticed it for more than a year I stopped eating the cereal for a few months but tried again yesterday with the same result. Green diarrhea within 12 hours. I thought it was a problem unique to me but did a search “why do lucky charms give me diarrhea” and discoverer that thousands of others have had the same issue. I used to eat lucky charms with no issue. There must have been a change in the ingredients.
