Lucky Charms was my go to cereal before bed. I have eaten them for the last 40 years with never an issue. The last several months, every night before bed when I'd eat the cereal, by midnight I'd have stomach cramps and by morning, diarrhea. Violent diarrhea. But once out of my system, no issues. Just very sad that I can't eat them anymore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
