My son had severe stomach pain within 20 minutes of eating a small bowl of Lucky Charms from a brand new box from a twin pack I purchased from here for breakfast today. He ate nothing else prior to this occurring. The pain was so severe and he became so pale, I thought he was experiencing appendicitis since the pain was moving from middle abdomen to right abdomen. Nearly ended up going to the emergency department before calling his pediatrician on call. So far pain has subsided and not returned in the last couple of hours. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain
