Cereal Cramping, Diarrhea Alert - Lucky Charms, Saratoga Springs Utah

Every time I ate lucky charms I would get cramping and severe diarrhea. I thought perhaps it was Crohn’s disease flaring due to whole grain or something? (I’ve been in remission for 7 years) But as soon as I stopped eating lucky charms, no issues to report. I couldn’t even leave the house a couple of days before I figured it out that it was the cereal and not crohns. I just saw an article about people experiencing the same symptoms as me and thought I should report my issues.

This happened in February and March. I purchased the cereal from both Costco and smiths. It’s my favorite. I’ve stopped buying it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
