5yo Kiddo had a small bowl at grandmas house. Had had no other questionable food prior prior to having a bowl. Within 20min kiddo began projectile vomiting and can't keep anything down for last 6 hours. Immediately ejected all signs of cereal, and continuing to vomit bile as an accute response.
