It was my 1 year old! Sometimes, I'd give him some cereal for snack time and after having a few he threw up everything. Soon came the diarrhea,I was suspicious that the cereal was the cause but I brushed it off at the time. Until it happened again and then I watched the news reports. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
