Like Lucky Charms. I buy them every once in a while. Had a bowl and noticed a couple days later that my stomach was a little upset. Didn't think anything of it. Finished up the box with a big bowel. That was 4 days ago. 2 days ago, I was on the bowel 4 times. I have cramps and gas that could clear the house. Hope my insides feel better tomorrow. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
