I eat dry cereal because my body does not tolerate milk and will often have it for a snack. I had Lucky Charms a few times and noticed I was very nauseous after I ate them but thought it was just something with me. A few days later I again had Lucky Charms and the same thing happened but the symptoms were more intense and I felt sick through the day and most of the night and had cold sweats. I threw it away after that. | Symptoms: Nausea
