I don’t eat lucky charms any more but I’ve noticed this for years. Horrible diarrhea a d abdominal cramps afterwards., Any grocery store 100% lucky charms! Everytime I eat them I always get the same symptoms  I’ve just noticed that every time I have eaten Lucky Charms and Cheerios over the years I get horrible abdominal pain , stomach cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
