I'm 48 years old, with elementary-aged children. Over the past few years, a sure-fire to give myself colorful diarrhea has been to eat a bowl of Lucky Charms. Any time I had a bowl, I would have an urgent and extremely loose bowel movement within a few hours. I would usually have one or two more very loose bowel movements that day. My wife and I would jokingly call them "Lucky Charms poops". I would avoid them for months, but if I had them again, same diarrhea within hours. My children never seemed affected by them, so I never looked at it as any sort of food poisoning. I just figured it was some intolerance my gut had for the marshmallows or something else in the cereal. I eat lots of cereal, and Lucky Charms is the only one that has caused this severe reaction. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Something else1 week ago •reported by user-yqqmd238 • details
