I eat lucky charms daily and I get the worst stomache cramps and my stool is green a lot of the time. But the cramping and gas is so unbearable. I chalked it up to maybe the fiber was doing it until I read about the lucky charms story and I couldn't believe what I was reading!! I basically live off of lucky charms I ddnt know it could be hurting me
