Had a bowl of lucky charms for breakfast for the past two days, have been having violent diarrhea, especially this morning. Just got into work and immediately had to go to the bathroom. Poop is bright green and hurts, I feel ill like i need to lay down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Green Stool
