I had one bowl of cereal of lucky charms. 1st time I've had this in a few years. About 30 minutes after consuming I began developing a headache and Severe stomach cramps. I was so sick for the last few hours. I will never ever eat this cereal again ! I wish I would have seen the report on this before I ate it.
