My daughter loves Lucky charms. We eat them frequently but this last Monday she had some (new box) before school. About 40 minutes later as I am taking her to school she tells me her tummy hurts and she feels like she is going to throw. She started crying. This kid loves school so I knew it was serious. She never did throw up and had no other symptoms or fever. By lunch time she was fine but she also had a small bowl. My husband wanted to test the theory and so he decided to eat a large bowl on Wednesday and ended up with horrible diarrhea and stomach cramps for several hours (6hrs or so) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
